Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Products that arrive defective or damaged are eligible for a full refund or replacement, subject to verification.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Defective or damaged products:
    You will receive a 100% refund or a free replacement, including shipping costs.
  • Customer-initiated returns (unsatisfied purchase):
    If you choose to return a product due to dissatisfaction (not defective), the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
    The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within a few business days after approval.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us with proof of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

For defective or damaged items, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
